SINGAPORE (Reuters) – Militants, pirates, drug traffickers, gun runners – the waters between Borneo and the southern Philippines have them all, but as an Islamic State faction burst on the scene in recent weeks, this corner of Southeast Asia plumbed new levels of insecurity.
